Shipping Times

At The River's Edge we strive for excellent customer service which is why we try and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. In some cases, it may take us longer if we need to collect items from multiple locations to fill your order.

If you need an order by a specific date, please let us know in your order notes so we can be sure and get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Please do not rely solely on the shipping estimated times listed for each carrier. Most times are only an estimate of the actual shipping times and do not take in account when the items are picked up at our store or our processing time. 

** Weekends and Holidays do not count as business days and may affect shipping times (i.e. Friday afternoon orders will not be shipped until Monday) 

** SHIPPING DELAYS UPDATE ** - Current ship times have often been longer than advertised from our shipping partners due to the pandemic. In addition, some express shipping times are not currently guaranteed as they have been in the past so please plan accordingly when placing orders.

At this time, we are unable to ship internationally. 

 

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on Domestic orders of over $99.00.

We reserve the right to ship orders that qualify for Free Shipping whichever way is most cost effective for us.

If you need your order in a timely manner, please select one of our other options. Times and costs are listed and are based on the weight and size of your order. **Please note not all shipping times are guaranteed and when an item is shipped correctly, we are not responsible for the time it takes to arrive. Prices listed are our actual costs and cannot be negotiated. 

 

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping cost associated with items that are returned or exchanged. 

* Free shipping is available for initial purchase only.

If you receive an item that was sent in error or was damaged, we will happily provide a return shipping label to get that item back and send the correct item to you at no cost.

 

Items Lost or Damaged in Shipping

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we reserve the right to file a claim to the shipping agency before replacing the item. Please contact us for more information.
